It’s that time of year again. 15 new acts are named as The Next Big Things by an assortment of DJs, bloggers and editors – including yours truly – that this time totals 165.
Yes, the BBC Sound Of 2010 poll longlist is upon us, inevitably kicking off heated debate about the pros and cons of this annual exercise until the eventual winner is revealed on 8th January 2010. At which time there’ll be some more heated debate. Probably.
Last year, Little Boots won. Here are this year’s chosen ones:
