In 2014, our 15th year, we’re trying a new approach; you get one page with a big list on it. It’s still a Top 100 though, so some things don’t change.
Eligible for inclusion were albums released in 2014 for sale in the UK. No compilations, no EPs, no albums released in a year other than 2014, no reissues/remasterings/superdeluxes.
Then, some of our writers voted in their favourites. There were 214 albums nominated in this way. And then I did some numbercrunching. Which brought us down to 100.
Where links are available, click on an artist name for all we have on that artist, and on the album title for the review of the album. Where links and by extension reviews are not available, sorry.
