Track Of The Day: The Black Keys – Fever

It feels like we’ve been waiting for this album to come out for a long time and hearing the first official single Fever makes us even more glad that the rest of the record is just round the corner.

There are no surprises here, which is what’s actually good about The Black Keys, and Fever is another taste of their typical bluesy brand of rock-soul – it’s moody and dark-ish but it’s also quite bouncy and extremely catchy at the same time.

Produced by Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney – with some help from Danger Mouse as well – the first official single from the full-length album Turn Blue is definitely a nice introduction to what will no doubt be another grand effort from The Black Keys.
