The Great Escape 2014: musicOMH stage line-up announced

Broken TwinBrighton will once more reverberate to the sound of music as The Great Escape rolls back into town from 8-10 May 2014, with a music industry convention and the Alternative Escape setting the afternoon scene ahead of three nights of one-wristband-many-venues madness.

From well-known headliners through to delegations of as-yet-unknowns from far and wide, The Great Escape’s line-up is the best event on the UK festival calendar to check out new acts.

musicOMH is delighted to again be hosting a stage in amongst it all. And this year we have five acts for your delectation.

Our rather stellar line-up provisionally features Hitchin-born Communion stable headliner James Bay, Denmark’s ANTI- signed Majke Voss Romme aka Broken Twin (pictured) and Swiss Crammed Discs signed electronica duo Oy.

They’ll be joined by Sub Pop signed Lyla Foy (formerly known as WALL), whose debut album Mirrors The Sky is out now and who supports Sharon Van Etten on tour after this date, and our opener, Norway’s Ellen A W Sundes, aka Sea Change.

You can, if you fancy to, RSVP at our event page on Facebook here, and be sure to check out the festival site for the full line-up, tickets and much else besides here.

See you at the seaside?
