It’s been a while since the last gigs diary. We’ve changed the weekly column to be a little shorter and fired it up again for autumn 2014. We’re not going for comprehensive with this, but rather reflecting what our editorial team would choose to go to in London over these seven days.

Gig Of The Week
Hackney’s Oslo is home to Cater Tutti Void for two nights this week, as the rackety collaboration returns with new material. Bringing together Chris Carter and Cosey Fanni Tutti, of legendary industrial band Throbbing Gristle, and fresher faced noise maker Nik Colk Void, of Factory Floor, the band released their first album, Transverse, on Mute in 2012. We loved it and couldn’t get enough of its “sheer trance-like intensity”. Expect improvised versions of their recordings rather than faithful recreations – an exciting prospect for any live show. Catch them on Monday 15 and Tuesday 16 September.
